A high strength and easily absorbed Vitamin C syrup that's gentle on the stomach and delicious straight from the spoon. Our vitamin C is derived from sea buckthorn berries, a nutritious berry that contains around 10 times more vitamin C than an orange.
Each 10 ml dose contains 650mg of vitamin C but, being a liquid, it's easy to adjust the doses to get more or less depending on what you need.
The adjustable doses make this a good option for families - just one bottle works for everyone.
Vitamin C is an essential nutrient, scientifically researched to support a healthy immune system, especially during illness or stress
It's also a powerful antioxidant, supporting healthy connective tissue, wound healing and production of collagen, essential for healthy skin, bones and gums.
Vitamin C aids iron absorption, useful for those low on iron or following a vegan diet.

This syrup is delicious straight from the spoon but you could add it to a warm drink (not too hot - heat destroys vitamin C), to your drink bottle or even used as a dessert topping.
The best time to take Vitamin C is generally in the morning with breakfast or shortly after. Taking it with food can help improve absorption and, if you have a sensitive stomach, this can reduce the likelihood of stomach upset (although our Vitamin C is very gentle on the digestive system).
If you're taking Vitamin C to improve absorption of iron, then best to take it with your meals. Avoid taking Vitamin C with tea, coffee or other caffeinated drinks.
If taking medication (including antibiotics), take Vitamin C at least 2 hours before or after.
