Most vitamin C is plain ascorbic acid, and at higher doses that is exactly where the trouble starts: large single doses commonly cause gastrointestinal upset, which is the usual reason people stop taking it.
This one is built as a liposomal complex instead. The ascorbic acid is Quali-C, a Scottish made vitamin C, held in a phospholipid complex and combined with citrus bioflavonoids, the compounds that accompany vitamin C in whole fruit.
Liposomal delivery is used here for the same reason it is used for glutathione: to change how the nutrient is presented to the gut rather than simply to raise the number on the label.
One to two capsules per day, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule shell.
