As a carrier oil, add around 10% to a blend with lighter oils such as avocado, jojoba, rose hip, evening primrose or almond (for example 10ml in a 100ml blend), then apply to the face or body as required. It also makes a good base for diluting essential oils - stir a few drops of your chosen oils into the finished blend. For a richer application, apply directly to a small area of skin and repeat for up to 21 days. For external use only. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
