Cypress, Lavender True (Lavandula angustifolia maillette), Geranium (Pelargonium pelargonium), Palmarosa (Cymbopogon martinii), Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea), Lemon, Tarragon French (Artemisia dracunculus), Chamomile Matricaria (Matricaria chamomila). All certified organic. Undiluted essential oil blend, no carrier base.

Diffusion: add 10 drops to a diffuser and run for about 10 minutes; replenish as required. Linen: 2-3 drops on a pillow or sheets in the evening. Massage: blend 10 drops into 1 tsp of body oil, lotion or cream and massage gently into the lower back or abdomen. A warm, damp cloth with 5 drops added can be rested on the lower back while you lie down. Bath: 10 drops in a warm bath once a week; keep aromatic baths to 15 minutes. This is an undiluted blend, so dilute before applying to skin and patch test first.
