Agar is extracted from Gracilaria seaweed grown in India and packed in New Zealand. It suits vegan, plant-based and egg-free cooking: jellies, panna cotta, cheesecakes, preserves and vegan ice cream. Agar dried sea vegetable (Gracilaria verrucosa) extract 100%

Instructions
