BePure's own starting point is the One, Two and Three foundation: One Multivitamin, Two Probiotic and Three fish oil. The three cover the broadest nutritional ground between them and are designed to be taken together.

From there, most people add one targeted product for whatever they came in for, such as Magnesium Restore, Iron Restore or Deep Sleep. If you are not sure which, ask our pharmacy team.

BePure is 100% New Zealand owned and every formula is developed in New Zealand. Manufacturing is done offshore with contract manufacturers the brand selects for each formula, so the products are formulated here rather than made here.

Each batch is independently third party tested before release.

Yes. Every BePure formula is independently third party tested, and the testing covers ingredient levels along with screening for heavy metals and microbial contamination such as salmonella, E. coli, staphylococcus aureus, yeasts and moulds.

BePure publish a certificate of analysis for their products rather than only referring to testing, which is not something every supplement brand does.

There are three, and they are not interchangeable. Magnesium Restore uses magnesium bisglycinate at 300mg per daily serving and comes as capsules or as an orange powder, and it is the general purpose one.

Magnesium Citrate Lax uses magnesium citrate at 220mg, a different salt with a different effect on the bowel. Creatine and Magnesium pairs 330mg of bisglycinate with 5g of creatine monohydrate and is aimed at training.

If you take more than one product containing magnesium, add up the total.

One Multivitamin is the general adult multi, with 34 ingredients including 200mg of magnesium, lutein, lycopene and resveratrol. Mum's One is the pregnancy version and swaps the emphasis: 20mg of iron as bisglycinate, 450mg of choline and 150mcg of iodine.

Both are three capsules daily with food. BePure note that Mum's One is designed to be paired with a separate folate supplement to reach 800mcg.

BePure list One Multivitamin, Mum's One, Folate Restore, Iron Restore, Magnesium Restore, Zinc Restore, Vit D Restore capsules and liquid, and Two Probiotic as suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

They specifically exclude B-Vit Energy Restore, CycleCalm, MenoCalm, Calm Now, Burnout Rescue, Deep Sleep, Sleep & Mood, Digest Assist and Skin Rescue. Blood Sugar Balance is not suitable while breastfeeding.

Yes. Kids Daily Probiotic is an unflavoured powder from six months to twelve years, and Kids Daily Multi Gummies are raspberry gummies for ages two to eleven.

Several adult products also carry children's serves: Gut Regular from age two, Magnesium Restore Powder from four, Sleep & Mood from seven, and the protein powders from four. From twelve, children move on to BePure One.

Perfect Plant Protein and Vit D Restore capsules are vegan, and the Vit D capsules use plant sourced D3 rather than the usual lanolin.

Several are not. Good Gut Protein and Joint Care contain bovine collagen, Collagen & Ceramides uses marine collagen, Three is fish oil, and the Digest Assist capsule shell is gelatine.

The range is built to layer, and BePure's own packs combine three or four products. Two things to watch: add up any nutrient that appears in more than one product, magnesium and zinc in particular, and keep the whole stack two hours away from prescription medication.
