Fourteen hundred milligrams of omega 3 in a two capsule serving, with the EPA to DHA ratio the other way round from most fish oils.

BePure Three provides 800mg of EPA and 600mg of DHA per daily serving of two capsules, 1400mg of total omega 3 fatty acids, with 800 IU of vitamin D3, 60 IU of vitamin E and 2000 IU of natural beta-carotene alongside.

Two capsules daily with food. Fish oil on an empty stomach is what causes the repeat, so take it with a meal. Sixty capsules is a month, a hundred and twenty is two.

Suitable from age 12. Contains fish and soybean derivatives, and the capsule is halal friendly bovine gelatine.

If you take blood thinning medication such as warfarin, check with your doctor first, and stop two weeks before any surgery.
