Yes. Every collagen bar is based on cashews, and some flavours also contain peanuts, hazelnuts, macadamias or pistachios. The chocolate coated bars may contain milk. Check the allergen statement on each product before buying.

The bars are sweetened with maple syrup and monk fruit, with no sugar alcohols. Chocolate coated flavours also contain dark chocolate made with sugar or coconut sugar. Sugars range from 2.3g to 4.0g per bar.

Biltong is steak marinated in vinegar and spices, then slowly air dried in pieces. A Chief beef brisket bar is made from organic grass-fed beef pressed with amaranth, currants and coconut aminos, so it eats like a tender jerky in bar form.
