Eve Wellness is a New Zealand owned supplement brand built around women's health. It began with at-home hormone testing before the first supplement launched, and the range now covers cycle support, gut, mood, energy and daily minerals.

The formulas are developed in New Zealand and manufactured offshore by contract manufacturers.

It depends what brought you here, because each one does a single job. All Systems Glow is the daily minerals, 300mg of magnesium with zinc and iodine. Take Me With The Pill is the multivitamin, built for people on the oral contraceptive pill.

Period Pal is the chaste tree and ashwagandha formula taken right through the month. Bloat Buddy is bitter herbs taken before meals. V Good Probiotics is one capsule of 25 billion CFU. Chill Pills is kava, and Brighter Mood is saffron with vitamin D.

Eve is 100% New Zealand owned and every formula is developed in New Zealand. Manufacturing is done offshore with contract manufacturers, so the products are formulated here rather than made here.

V Good Probiotics and All Systems Glow are listed as safe for both. Gut Drink Probiotics is suitable at a reduced half teaspoon serve, which is printed on the pack.

Blood Sugar Babe is capped at one serve a day during pregnancy and is not suitable while breastfeeding. Eve suggest a dedicated prenatal instead of Take Me With The Pill during pregnancy.

Chill Pills, Period Pal, Bloat Buddy, Brighter Mood, Morning Person and A Juicy Dose of Ashwagandha are all excluded. If you are pregnant or feeding, check the specific product with us before you start.

Two are vegetarian rather than vegan, because their vitamin D comes from lanolin: Take Me With The Pill and Brighter Mood. V Good Probiotics contains dairy.

Chill Pills are kava, at 223mg of root extract giving 70mg of kavalactones per capsule, and kava carries real cautions. They are for adults 18 and over only, and not during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Do not take them with alcohol, benzodiazepines, barbiturates or other sedatives, and avoid them if you have existing liver disease. They are not designed for regular long term use. If you take any prescription medicine, ask us first.

Nothing but the count. The 15 capsule Minis, the 60 and the 90 all carry the same 223mg kava extract per capsule at 70mg of kavalactones.

At the full three capsules a day the Minis are five days, so they suit a trial or a handbag rather than a course.
