Atlantic dulse has a salty, naturally smoky flavour that has earned it the name vegan bacon.

It is a red seaweed harvested from an organically certified area off Ireland and France, air dried and packed in New Zealand. Pacific Harvest is a New Zealand seaweed company that tests its seaweed for contaminants and packs it here.

Instructions

Eat leaves raw, or roast them for a crisp, salty snack. Wrap them around food parcels, or chop into any meal. Sprinkle flakes over eggs, potatoes, avocado, soups and stir-fries, or blend into smoothies.
