New Zealand kelp from the North Island, dried naturally, ground into granules and blended with non-GMO flavourings. Gluten and dairy free. Pacific Harvest is a New Zealand seaweed company that tests its seaweed for contaminants and packs it here.

Ingredients

Kelp Granules (53%), Raw Sugar, Salt, Spices (9% Capsicum), Sunflower Oil, Spice Extracts.

Instructions

Season during or after cooking, use as a dry rub on meat or fish, or add to marinades.
