DESCRIPTION

Irish moss, also called sea moss, dried whole for making your own gel.

Chondrus crispus harvested in Europe and packed in New Zealand. Soaked and blended, it sets into a neutral gel used in smoothies and traditional set desserts. Pacific Harvest is a New Zealand seaweed company that tests its seaweed for contaminants and packs it here.

Ingredients

Irish Moss dried sea vegetable 100% (Chondrus crispus).

Instructions

Rinse well, soak until soft, then blend with fresh water into a gel. Pacific Harvest publish two gel methods on their website. Keep the gel refrigerated.
