DESCRIPTION

Plain New Zealand kelp milled to a fine powder, for a salty, sweet umami depth in soups, stews and gravies.

Wild kelp (Ecklonia radiata) harvested from the North Island, dried naturally and milled here. It is very high in iodine, so the serving is tiny: 0.2g. Pacific Harvest is a New Zealand seaweed company that tests its seaweed for contaminants and packs it here.

Instructions

Use a pinch before, during or after cooking in soups, stews, gravies and rubs. Keep to the 0.2g serving on the pack, as iodine levels are very high.
