DESCRIPTION

Organic New Zealand sea salt blended with New Zealand kelp, so everyday salt picks up some umami and naturally occurring iodine.

Kelp also tenderises, so it makes a good rub for meat. Pacific Harvest is a New Zealand seaweed company that tests its seaweed for contaminants and packs it here.
