DESCRIPTION

Nori flakes, not sheets: the sushi seaweed in its raw, loose form for sprinkling.

Wild nori harvested and air dried, cut into flakes and packed in New Zealand. Its flavour shifts with how you use it: tea-like raw, nutty when toasted. Pacific Harvest is a New Zealand seaweed company that tests its seaweed for contaminants and packs it here.

Ingredients

Nori seaweed (Porphyra umbilicalis) 100%.

Instructions

Sprinkle into any meal during or after cooking, in place of some of the salt. Toast gently in a dry pan for a nuttier flavour; it burns under high heat.
