Soak briefly in tepid water, stock or juice until soft, without leaving it too long. Add straight to soups, or rehydrate for salads and garnishes.

If you have a thyroid condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your doctor before eating seaweed regularly. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and seal well after opening, as seaweed absorbs moisture.
