DESCRIPTION

The seaweed in miso soup, silky once it softens and subtle in flavour.

Wild wakame harvested in New Zealand, air dried and packed here. It swells to around ten times its dry weight when soaked, so a little goes a long way. Pacific Harvest is a New Zealand seaweed company that tests its seaweed for contaminants and packs it here.

Wakame (Undaria sp.) dried sea vegetable 100%

Instructions

Soak briefly in water until soft, then add to miso and other soups, salads, stir-fries and rice. Take out only what you need, as it expands a lot.
