DESCRIPTION
Allulose is a naturally occurring rare sugar found in small quantities in fruits, with a taste and texture much like regular table sugar, but with significantly fewer calories.
Produced by fermenting other plant sugars, it's about 70% as sweet as regular sugar and works well on its own or blended with other sweeteners in baking or as a tabletop sugar substitute.
