DESCRIPTION

Two hundred milligrams of CoQ10 as ubiquinone, fermented rather than synthesised.

Each daily capsule of BePure CoQ10 provides 200mg of coenzyme Q10 from a 98% naturally fermented Japanese ubiquinone powder, with 200mg of magnesium phosphate and 100mg of potassium phosphate.

Ubiquinone is the oxidised form of CoQ10. It is fat soluble, which is why the capsule is taken with food.

One capsule daily with food. Thirty capsules is a month, sixty is two and costs less per capsule.

Suitable from age 12. Independently third party tested.

CoQ10 is not safe to take alongside blood thinning medication such as warfarin or aspirin. If you are on any prescription medicine, check with your doctor or pharmacist before you start.
