DESCRIPTION

Chamomile, passionflower and lavender with magnesium, taken in the evening.

A daily serving of two capsules of BePure Deep Sleep provides 400mg of chamomile as an 8:1 extract, 250mg of passionflower as a 10:1 extract, 200mg of lavender flower as an 8:1 extract and 100mg of magnesium as bisglycinate.

Two capsules in the evening. Ninety capsules is a month and a half at that rate, a hundred and eighty is three months.

For adults and children aged 12 and over. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Take it at least two hours away from any medication.
