Five ingredients aimed at the menopause years, with sage and black cohosh doing the traditional work.

A daily serving of three capsules of BePure MenoCalm provides 500mg of ashwagandha root powder, 300mg of sage leaf as a 4:1 extract, 100mg of black cohosh root as a 4:1 extract, 200mg equivalent of choline from choline bitartrate and 150mcg equivalent of chromium as chromium picolinate.

Three capsules daily, with or without food. They can be taken together or spread through the day. Ninety capsules is a month, a hundred and eighty is two.

Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and not alongside warfarin or other blood thinning medication.

Ashwagandha is a nightshade, so give it a miss if nightshades are a problem for you.

Additional ingredients: hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
