BePure NMN is a single ingredient powder. Half a teaspoon is a 1000mg serve, mixed into any cold drink. The 30g size is a month at that serve, the 60g is two.

If NMN is new to you, BePure suggest starting at 500mg and building up, and taking it with food if supplements tend to unsettle you.
