BePure Sleep & Mood pairs a saffron extract standardised to more than 2% safranal and 3% crocins with magnesium as bisglycinate at 220mg per daily serving.

From age 7, one capsule daily in the afternoon or evening, with or without food. From age 9, two capsules. Thirty, sixty and hundred and twenty capsule bottles are all available.
