Zinc picolinate at 15mg, with the vitamin C, B6 and quercetin that usually end up sitting beside it anyway.

One capsule of BePure Zinc Restore is a daily serving of 15mg elemental zinc as zinc picolinate, 502mg of vitamin C, 12.5mg of vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate and 10mg of quercetin.

Picolinate is zinc chelated to picolinic acid, and the B6 is the activated P5P form rather than plain pyridoxine.

One capsule daily with food, two hours either side of any prescription medication. Thirty capsules is a month, sixty is two.

Suitable from age 9, including during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Independently third party tested.
