Choc Salted Caramel is a caramel-style centre made with mesquite, lucuma and macadamia, finished in dark chocolate. The protein comes from grass-fed bovine collagen and nuts rather than soy or whey isolates, and there are no sugar alcohols or seed oils in the recipe.
