Our certified organic Cinnamon Powder is milled from the inner bark of Cinnamomum verum, known as Ceylon or 'true' cinnamon, and sourced from Sri Lanka.
One of the oldest known spices in the world, it's prized for its warm, sweet, aromatic flavour and is lovely stirred through baking, porridge, curries or hot drinks.
