That tightening is what gives the serum its name: skin looks smoother and more taut within minutes, and the peptides and vitamin C work on the longer view.
It goes on first, on clean, dry skin, before your treatment gel and moisturiser. Morning is the obvious time, since the finish sits well under makeup.
