Known as the 'Gold of the Incas', lucuma is native to the Andean regions of South America and has been enjoyed for thousands of years, even appearing in carvings on ancient Peruvian ceramics.

Our certified organic Lucuma Powder is made from whole Peruvian lucuma, gently dehydrated and milled into a fine powder with a naturally sweet, maple-and-apricot flavour - perfect as a 100% natural sweetener in baking and drinks.

Instructions
