A double pack of Magnesium-Diasporal, a granulate for oral solution made in Germany with magnesium citrate. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water, juice or tea — around 200ml — once daily, unless otherwise directed. Alongside magnesium citrate the formula contains sucrose, citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate, riboflavin and orange flavouring, so it is not sugar free.
