DESCRIPTION

Whole peaches, freeze-dried and milled to a fine powder that holds the fruit's natural sweetness, colour and aroma, with no colourings or preservatives added.

Stir it into smoothies, yoghurt, custard and cereal, or use it to flavour baking, icings and desserts. Supplied in a one-kilogram bulk pack for food producers, cafes and frequent home bakers.

Ingredients

Whole freeze-dried peach powder.
No colourings or preservatives. GM free.
Ingredients do not contain gluten, but are packed in a facility that may handle products containing gluten, nuts and sesame seeds.

Instructions

Directions: Add 1 teaspoon or more to smoothies, ice cream, cereal or yoghurt. Also suited to baking, icings and desserts.
Storage: Reseal pouch. Store in a cool, dry place.
