Around 15kg of dried mushroom is used to make 1kg of finished powder, giving a 15:1 dual-extracted concentrate from the fruiting body. Instructions
Directions: Add 1g (1/2 metric tsp) per day to hot or cold water, smoothies, broths or cooking, or use as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not heat above 70°C.
