DESCRIPTION

Brahmi, also known as bacopa, is one of the best known herbs in Ayurveda and has been taken by students and scholars in India for centuries.

Each capsule holds pure certified organic brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) leaf powder in a plant based shell, with nothing else added.

One or two capsules twice a day, about half an hour after meals.

The leaf is bitter enough that most people prefer the capsules to the loose powder, though both are on the shelf.

About Green Trading

Green Trading began on a market stall in Titirangi Village, run by a family who wanted the Ayurvedic staples they grew up with in India to be available here, made properly and certified.
