Hair and lashes: massage a small amount into the scalp, or apply to lashes and brows with a clean spoolie before bed. Skin and joints: apply directly to dry areas or massage into joints. Castor oil packs: soak a flannel in the oil, place over the abdomen and cover with a warm compress. Very thick by nature - blend with a few drops of a lighter oil for easier spreading. For external use only unless advised otherwise by a qualified health professional. Avoid contact with eyes.
