DESCRIPTION

Reishi, Ganoderma lucidum, is the mushroom known in Eastern traditions as the mushroom of immortality, and it has been used in them for a very long time.

Green Trading's is a pure organic powder with one ingredient and no grain filler, which is not a given with mushroom powders.

One to two teaspoons, around 2 to 4g, stirred into herbal tea, warm cacao or a broth. It is bitter and woody rather than mellow, so it takes to cacao better than to water.

Ingredients

Instructions

Take one to two teaspoons (approximately 2 to 4g) per day. Stir into herbal tea or warm water for a calming beverage, blend into smoothies, or add to soups and broths. Consult your healthcare provider before use if pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication.

About Green Trading

Green Trading began on a market stall in Titirangi Village, run by a family who wanted the Ayurvedic staples they grew up with in India to be available here, made properly and certified.

The range is deliberately plain. Ashwagandha, amla, brahmi, shatavari, triphala and moringa come as either 500mg capsules or a 250g bag of powder, and the powders are exactly that: milled herb, no fillers, binders, colours or preservatives.
