DESCRIPTION
Long before detergent came in a plastic bottle there was the soapnut. The dried fruit of the Sapindus mukorossi tree is naturally rich in saponins, the plant surfactants that lift grease, and it has been used for cleaning for centuries.
Milled to a fine powder it becomes properly useful: a teaspoon or two in the washing machine, or mixed with warm water into a paste for dishes and surfaces.
One ingredient, fully biodegradable, and free from SLS, sulfates, parabens, perfume, bleach, chlorine, phthalates, phosphates, formaldehyde and petrochemicals.
