Summer Hill Seeds Pumpkin Seed Oil is a New Zealand-grown, cold-pressed oil made from 100% ground pumpkin seeds, with nothing added or taken away. It has a beautiful dark green colour, a mild nutty flavour, and a unique dichromatic appearance, looking red when viewed through glass or in larger volumes.

Delicious drizzled over salads, roast vegetables, pasta, cooked meats, or used in aioli, dressings, baking and as a dipping oil with dukkah. As it has a low smoke point, it is best enjoyed cold or gently added to finished dishes rather than used for frying.

Made in New Zealand and suitable for vegetarian and vegan recipes, this unrefined pumpkin seed oil is a flavourful pantry staple for adding richness, colour and natural nutty depth to everyday meals.
