Each capsule contains 100% certified organic Triphala powder (equal parts Amalaki - Emblica officinalis, Bibhitaki - Terminalia bellirica, and Haritaki - Terminalia chebula) in a vegetarian capsule. Take up to four capsules daily with warm water, preferably before bed, leaving at least a two-hour gap after food. If you are new to Triphala, start with a lower dose and increase gradually. Slightly looser motions are normal at first. Reduce the amount or pause for a few days if it feels too strong.
