Leatherwood honey, a spicy floral honey found only in Tasmania, makes up the bulk of this concentrate, cut with Wild Mother's own slow-fermented apple cider vinegar and steeped with fresh ginger and turmeric root rather than powders or extracts.
It is bottled as a concentrate: a small measure diluted in hot or cold water makes a full glass, sweet and tart at once. It also glazes roast carrots or chicken well, and adds body to a dressing.

Ingredients
- Organic leatherwood honey (60%), organic apple cider vinegar (25%), water, organic ginger root, organic turmeric root.
Instructions
Mix approximately 25ml of tonic with 150-160ml of hot or cold water and sip slowly, or adjust to your preferred strength. Also good stirred into sparkling water, brushed over roasting vegetables or chicken, or whisked into a dressing.
