Cool-climate strawberries from the Huon Valley are pressed fresh and folded into Wild Mother's organic apple cider vinegar, then infused with native hibiscus flower. Sweet and sharp at once, it is a shrub in the old sense - a drinking vinegar, made to be diluted.
Thirty millilitres over ice topped with soda gives a tart, floral zero-alcohol aperitif. It also stands in for citrus in a cocktail, or goes over a fruit salad.

Ingredients
- Fresh-pressed strawberry juice, organic apple cider vinegar, native hibiscus flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa). Please refer to the bottle for the full ingredient panel.
Instructions
Add 30ml of shrub to 150ml of sparkling or still water and serve over ice - around 16 serves per bottle. Also works as the acid element in a cocktail in place of citrus, drizzled over fruit salad, or whisked into a summer vinaigrette.
